My goal as a CBH therapist and coach is to help fellow human beings become mentally healthier with some simple and effective techniques and practices. My approach is holistic and my purpose is to provide support and brighten the lives of everyone, regardless of their background, knowledge and past experiences.

Over a decade ago I began my journey in spirituality and have practiced its valuable insights throughout these years. Academically, I have completed a BSc and an MSc in engineering. Later I changed my profession and furthered my knowledge in the subject I was most passionate about: "human's mind", and completed a BSc degree in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health. I have also completed a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and work as a registered CBH therapist. To expand the understanding of the subjects of my interest I have attended workshops on CBT, Psychological Interventions for Weight Loss and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I use my knowledge, wisdom and skills to create powerful strategies, which can help you shift your mindset and change your habits in order to improve your mental well-being and achieve excellence.
